Salt air and hard sun work on that door all day, so the job starts with pressure washing, scraping, and sanding before any coating goes on.

On wood doors, rotted sections get replaced, and Robert caulks the seams and primes the bare spots. Then he sprays and back rolls the finish so the flat panels and the stiles hold an even film instead of runs and thin edges.
