Commercial Exterior Painting

Commercial exterior painting is the repainting of storefronts, offices, and light commercial buildings, and Sharp's Painting does it across Huntington Beach and coastal Orange County. Owner Robert Sharp has 27 years in the trade, holds California CSLB C-33 license 1048840, and is bonded and general liability insured. He runs his own crew, no subcontractors, and is on site. The crew works Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and is closed Sunday. Salt air and marine fog lift paint off stucco, rust out metal, and rot fascia, so near the water the prep is the job.

We pressure wash, scrape and sand, replace rotted wood and fascia, patch stucco cracks, caulk and prime, then spray and back roll so the paint is worked into the surface. Skip the wash or the primer and the new coat peels in sheets. Estimates and up to 10 paint samples are free, and you pay nothing until the job is done and you are satisfied.
