Prep decides how long paint lasts on a coastal house, so work starts with pressure washing, scraping, sanding, replacing rotted wood and fascia, patching stucco cracks, caulking, and priming.

Exteriors are sprayed and back rolled, which works the coating into stucco or siding instead of leaving it on the surface where salt air, marine layer damp, and hard sun peel it early. The same crew repaints interior walls, ceilings, and trim. Sharp's also paints houses in Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Seal Beach, and Yorba Linda.
