1. **Free estimate**: Call for a free estimate and Robert comes out to look at the whole house. He walks the interior and exterior with you, points out what needs paint and what needs repair, and gives you a straight price.
2. **Prep and repair**: This is where lasting work is won. The crew pressure washes, scrapes, and sands, replaces rotted wood and fascia, patches stucco cracks, caulks gaps, and primes bare spots before any color goes on.
3. **Paint the house**: With the surfaces sound, the crew brushes and rolls clean lines on walls, trim, and cabinets, and sprays and back rolls the exterior stucco so the paint is worked in for full, even coverage. Robert stays on site and sends a schedule update in the morning and again at the end of each day.
4. **Walkthrough and cleanup**: The site gets cleaned up every day, and you do a final walk with Robert at the end. You look over the finished work, and payment only comes due once the job is complete and you are happy with it.
