## How it works
1. **Walkthrough and estimate**: Robert walks the property with you, points out wood damage and problem areas, and gives you a clear written bid.
2. **Prep and repair**: We pressure wash, scrape, and sand, replace rotted wood and fascia, patch stucco cracks, then caulk and prime every surface.
3. **Paint**: We spray and back roll premium exterior coatings onto the body, trim, and doors. The back roll works the paint into the surface for full, even coverage and clean, straight lines.
4. **Final walkthrough**: We walk the finished job together, handle any touch ups until it is right, and leave the site clean.

### How long does an exterior repaint take?
Most homes take one to two weeks depending on size, prep, and any repairs. Robert lays out the schedule before we start and gives you an update at the start and end of each day.

### Do you repair wood and stucco before painting?
Yes. Rotted fascia, trim, and beams are replaced and stucco cracks are patched before any paint goes on. Painting over damage only hides it for a season.
