## How it works
1. **Walkthrough and free estimate**: Call for a free estimate and Robert comes out to look at the deck at no charge. He checks the wood for rot and wear, talks through stain or paint, and gives you a straight estimate.
2. **Clean and sand**: The deck gets a thorough cleaning that strips off dirt, mildew, and old flaking finish. Then the boards are sanded smooth so the gray, splinters, and rough spots are gone before anything is applied.
3. **Stain or paint**: Once the wood is clean and dry, Robert lays down the stain or paint you chose. He keeps clean lines along the house and the railings and works board by board for an even finish.
